Resumen:
We report the evolution of a morbidly obese patient with a history of dermolipectomy who attended the Urology Department because of an enlargement of the scrotum and penis. After performing additional studies, the cause is attributed to his surgical history and it was decided to perform the excision of the affected tissue and a reconstructive surgery. The pathology report revealed a benign angiomyxoma. In this context we describe the case of a patient diagnosed with scrotal lymphedema that hid a angiomyxoma.
